Once your date is officially reserved, we'll set a date for your engagement session and start with wedding prep!
We're happy to serve as a resource for vendor recommendations, timeline guidance and more!

Make it official
Sessions can take place anywhere from immediately after the proposal, right up until the few weeks right before the wedding! There is no "right" or "wrong" time!
Engagement Session
We check in about 4 months before the big day to get started to work on your questionnaire and timeline - we believe in prepping to be ready by 4 weeks out - so you can enjoy the last few weeks of your engagement stress free!
Wedding Day Prep
It's finally here! The day the two of you say "I Do" and celebrate!
When we say we love weddings, know we truly do - don't be surprised to find us shedding a tear during vows or dancing along as we capture the fun afterparty!
The Big Day
You can expect your photos to be delivered via an online gallery within about 8-10 weeks of your wedding.
At that time, we'll also send over details about preserving your images through prints and albums.

Outside of Nashville, Tennessee, yes.
That said - we travel a LOT! That means we know a thing or two about how to travel efficiently, keeping your costs to a minimum and allowing us to be anywhere for your big day. If we are already going to be in your area, there is no fee! Inquire for our updated travel calendar.

When do you charge travel fees for weddings?

Galleries typically include anywhere between 400 and 800 photos. The exact amount varies from wedding to wedding. Your online gallery will come loaded with fully edited high resolution images you can print anywhere or straight from the gallery itself! The gallery will also allow for easy sharing on social media + a link to send to family & friends.

How many photos will we receive?

Fantastic! To reserve your wedding date, we’ll need a completed contract and a $750 non-refundable deposit. If you don’t have a contract yet, just let us know and we’ll send one over! The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before the wedding.
