Details of the Grounds
Begin your wedding day by getting ready with your closest friends and family in one of The Harper’s two private suites. The bridal suite is bright and airy, elegantly decorated with comfortable furniture and sophisticated artwork. Large windows and double doors leading out to a private patio let in floods of natural light, which will be perfect for getting ready photos. The second private suite is darker and moodier, with comfy leather furniture and an upscale lounge vibe, perfect for your partner and their wedding party to get ready and relax.
The Harper’s enclosed patio is a lovely space for an outdoor ceremony. Surrounded by tall green hedges and verdant landscaping, it’s an oasis right in the middle of beautiful Costa Mesa. It can also be used for a charming outdoor cocktail hour or even an open-air reception.
Inside, connected to the patio by a beautiful wall of accordion glass doors, The Harper’s main event space is a wonderful place for a reception. Clean white walls adorned with a collection of gold and brass mirrors and contemporary chandeliers create a sophisticated space that still leaves plenty of room for customization. With room for up to 250 seated guests, there is plenty of space for everyone you love to join in on the celebration!
Photography Opportunities
The Harper is a beautiful space for wedding photos, both indoors and outdoors. The private suites are absolutely perfect for traditional (or non-traditional!) getting-ready photos of you and your parties. The courtyard’s landscaping provides some lovely greenery to play with as a backdrop, though if you’re looking for an abundance of garden or outdoor photos, there are plenty of spaces nearby we can walk to for more variety.
Wedding Details
When you host your wedding at The Harper, you’ll be working with one of the best catering teams in Costa Mesa. Whatever you imagine your first meal as a married couple to be, they’ll work with you to create the perfect menu, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients that are thoughtfully composed and presented. Then, for your bar, you’ll have the pleasure of working with Pharmacie, an in-house beverage program that “takes cues from the classics, honors the standards, and crafts innovative cocktails.” Basically, no need to worry that you and your guests will be well-fed and thoroughly refreshed throughout your celebration.
