About The Firefly Lane Chapel
The story of Firefly Lane is a faithful tale of devotion, passion, and love. Owners Cory and Jessica Williams had originally purchased the Tennessee countryside property back in 2008, living in a small farmhouse onsite. Several years later, in 2016, Jessica was in need of a career change, and she used her love of working with brides (discovered during her time as a hairstylist) to inspire the creation of a beautiful wedding venue. Today, Firefly Lane is home to two distinct venue spaces, The Barn and the Chapel. Additionally, the farmhouse they once called home has been transformed into cozy onsite accommodations for couples or their guests. Cory and Jessica found their calling and their ability to serve through the creation of this beautiful, one-of-a-kind venue that is the perfect place to begin the next chapter of any love story.
Details of the Grounds
Firefly Lane’s gorgeous chapel is the epitome of Tennessee countryside charm. It stands as a white beacon amidst groves of dense green forest, the perfect blend of classic beauty and contemporary aesthetic.
You can begin your wedding day by getting ready in the Bridal Suite, equipped with three salon chairs, a full-length mirror, comfortable furniture, and a private restroom. Your partner can prepare for the day in the Groom’s Suite, furnished with leather seating, a poker table, and a more masculine ambiance.
Your ceremony will take place in the exquisite chapel, with vaulted ceilings made of light pine wood and glorious open-air windows that bring in the beauty of the surrounding forests. You’ll have the best of both worlds with an outdoor ceremony beneath a comfortable cover, breathing in the fresh Tennessee air beneath romantic light fixtures. Your guests will watch you say “I do” from rows of wooden pews, creating a distinctly timeless ambiance for your vow exchange.
Then, when you become officially married and it’s time to celebrate, you head next door to the beautiful Firefly Lane Chapel reception hall! This fully climate-controlled space is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, all overlooking the beautiful property and woods. Elegant market lighting and tiered chandeliers add a romantic glow, reflected off of the shining cement floors. It’s a bright, beautiful space with room for up to 150 guests to dine and dance the night away.
Photography Opportunities
The chapel itself is a stunning backdrop for photos, with all of the surrounding greenery and the architecture of the windows. The natural wooden doors and floods of natural lighting will give you and your partner a natural glow in portraits. We’ll wander the Firefly Lane Chapel property, using lush green grass as well as towering trees as settings for beautiful pictures. But don’t forget the beautiful exterior of the chapel for timeless, elegant photos that will become family heirlooms over time.
Wedding Details
Throwing an unforgettable celebration at Firefly Lane Chapel is simple and easy. You can use your own vendors as long as you have them approved by the venue ahead of time (or choose from their list of preferred vendors ahead of time!) The only exception is your bartender, which is required to be selected from their list of preferred vendors. Other than that, the sky is pretty much your limit as to how you choose to decorate and interpret the space for your own unique wedding day!
