Euridge Manor is a sprawling estate ideal for English garden weddings. From the ivy-draped exterior to the meticulously kept gardens, you are going to have everything you need for your fairytale wedding. As a destination wedding photographer, I am always on the lookout for venues that will perfectly match my clients! If you are looking for a romantic space for your celebration, let me tell you why a Euridge Manor wedding is your dream location!
Euridge Manor, Euridge, Chippenham, SN14 8Bj
Nestled amidst 450 acres of English Countryside, Euridge Manor is a Georgian-style mansion wedding venue near the village of Cotswold. The entirety of the estate feels as though it was breathed straight from the pages of a fairytale. As you roam across the lawn, you will come across a thatched boat house with a pool of sparkling water behind it. Follow the stairs, where you will find a courtyard surrounded by walls covered in ivy. The surrounding house is made of stone with hedges and archways leading you from one area to the next. This venue is committed to ensuring your day is nothing short of luxurious. They host a limited number of weekend weddings each year, so they can make you their sole priority!
Throughout your wedding weekend, you will have exclusive access to the Euridge Manor grounds and will be able to stay at the estate. On the morning of your wedding, you will have large, separate suites so you and your partner can get ready for the day.
Once your ceremony begins, you will have several options. Most couples choose to take full advantage of the grounds, hosting their ceremony in a courtyard near the rose garden. The aged ruins will serve as a majestic backdrop as you exchange vows. If you would prefer an indoor space, the Orangery is your spot. This space mixes classic English charm with Moroccan influences to leave you with a space unlike any other.
The Cloister remains my favorite spot for your cocktail hour. Your guests can order their drinks before making their way through the hedges or relax in the shade of the manor. Then, once it’s time for your reception, you can head inside the Orangery, where you will have a ballroom to celebrate with your closest friends and family members! The venue will comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests.
When it’s time for your wedding portraits, you will definitely want to explore the Euridge Manor grounds. The stone stairs leading from the Boat House let you show off the details of your gown while walking hand in hand with your beloved. The Rose Garden and the Cloister will also give you dreamy outdoor spaces with lush flowers serving as your backdrop. Additionally, there are exterior stone archways and interior hallways you can use for this portion of your celebration.
Euridge Manor lets you stay the night with up to 9 wedding guests. They also let you bring along your pets, so your furry friends don’t have to miss out! In addition, the estate offers cottages and glamping pods, which can offer additional accommodations for 21 extra guests. The venue is “dry hire,” so you will provide your own caterers, bartenders, florists, and sound and lighting. They do offer a list of suppliers, so you know where to start.
With a Euridge Manor wedding, your English countryside celebration is about to become a reality. Now, you just need the right person to help you document it! Stop your search because you’ve landed in the right place! I am a destination wedding photographer, and I adore working with couples so they can remember every beautiful minute of their dream weddings.
