1187 New Era Rd, Sevierville, Tennessee 37862
Nichols Heir is a stunning estate wedding venue that has been curated for throwing legendary celebrations! The team behind the venue is deeply passionate about crafting your dream day. They will be there from the very first inquiry all the way through your getaway ride. With this venue, you can combine the breathtaking natural views with gorgeous indoor spaces perfect for every chapter of your fairytale day!
With Nichols Heir, your wedding day will start out in the dressing rooms where you will have everything you need to get ready alongside all your best friends. Once those final touches are on, you can tour the property for your pictures before it’s time for your ceremony.
Nichols Heir offers beautiful spaces for every season. For those who want to say their vows amidst nature, The Garden is a breathtaking spot. Picture this: You will make your way down a winding path to the paved, rocky pad where your guests are seated. Your altar will be perched at the front with acres of green just beyond you, and The Smoky Mountains will be on full display as you recite those words.
If you prefer an indoor ceremony, The Glass House is an equally charming spot. This space lives up to its name with 2000 square feet of framed windows that let in 360 views. In fact, it’s one of only 20 completely glass buildings in the country! While you will have full climate control, you will feel as though you are outside in the forest.
You can host your cocktail hour outside on the venue balcony, where your guests can take in the views until it’s time for your reception.
While the venue does allow you to host your reception in The Glass House, the Grand Hall tends to be a favorite spot. This large white barn offers floor-to-ceiling windows with white walls and brass chandeliers. The cathedral ceilings feature black beams that add a touch of elegance. This space is able to accommodate up to 300 guests.
With 100 private acres, you will have no shortage of spots for your Nichols Heir wedding portraits! The Grand Hall features a balcony overlooking the forests, perfect for portraits once you are ready. For your couples’ portraits, you can explore the walking paths or head out to the Garden for some of the best views of the mountains. They also offer a grand staircase that is ideal for group portraits!
Nichols Heir will ensure you have everything you need for your dream wedding. They are pet-friendly and invite you to bring your favorite four-legged friend along for the adventure! The group offers event planning as well as set-up and cleanup. In addition, they can help you find the vendors that totally match your style!
